REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise indicated, ARTMQL operates under an All Sales Final policy. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or modifications cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match what was ordered, please contact us at will@wilmql.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process for a return or exchange and ensure that you are satisfied with the resolution.

Please retain all original packaging and documentation when reporting an issue, as this may be required for processing your return or exchange.
